[Video] 001
[The camera feed kicks on to the familiar sight of replica 221B Bakerstreet- not so familiar, however, is the crew-cut blonde ex-soldier wandering aimlessly between checking the window, and trying to look composed.
John Watson has no idea what is going on.
His day started normal enough. He walked into the living room, went to grab his favorite mug, thought to check the weather-- and couldn't help but notice London was gone. As this was more than a bit not good; the man could now be seen muttering tersely beneath his breath, seemingly oblivious to the recording device on the adjacent table.]
Okay, John Watson, think...
[Had the lab in Baskerville triggered something? Even if an episode with this sort of effect was seldom heard of, random bouts of amnesia did not speak well for the sanity of a war veteran who supposedly had PTSD. Hmm... Well, if he is losing his mind, the best reaction will be to not react at all. Yes. He just has to wait this out; have a lie down in his chair. Resolutely, the doctor straightens his shoulders.
At last John's eyes narrow at the sight of the dreamberry. Hello Somarium.]

Hey, they didn't tackle eachother to the ground, I consider this a win lol
[Absentmindedly John checks his- well not his phone; the thing he has passing for one- for one of the detectives inevitable, short, demanding messages. He doesn't find one, but his memory supplies the latest anyway. 'Why aren't you here yet?'
This can wait. Whatever THIS is. It can... wait. John doesn't remark about the tea, just turns to the face the other person while taking a closer step to the door.]
Okay. I don't know who you are, I don't know what you're after, I don't even know if you're a client.
[John pauses, finding his words and noting that London is still inconveniently not outside.]
But I... am going to go out. And I'm going to come back. And if you're still here? We're going to...talk.
XD
Understood. My name is Subaru..Sherlock can tell you about me if you ask him. I'm sure you will be more likely to believe something coming from his mouth then my own. If you need to find your way to the hospital there is a map inside the dreamberry in your hand.
[Ever helpful. Ever polite. That is Subaru the vampire.] Travel safely.
[Subaru will likely not be there when John returns. Even with sunlight beating down on them, Subaru knows he must not intrude and this will be an important time..He needs to sort things out in his own head now as well.]
♥
Right. Thanks.
[He pauses outside the doorway, feeling vaguely guilty, but unsure why. Maybe Subaru was from the homeless network? Hmm.. No time for that now.
John has a flatmate to visit.]
